As our most senior solutions deployment executive, Julienne leads our implementation and deployment competencies and teams worldwide and is accountable for the Firm’s methodologies, best practices, and carefully curated network of integrated partnerships. With over 20 years of experience in both Global 50 and Global 1000 organizations, she has expertise in business operating model design and optimization, workforce development, change management, design thinking, and corporate strategy. Her industry experience includes retail, financial services, travel and transportation, and manufacturing. 

Julienne began her career at Groupe Galeries Lafayette where she held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in buying and merchandising across the Groupe’s multiple subsidiaries. From there, she joined Royal Bank of Scotland in multiple corporate development leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibility for developing, executing, and integrating acquisitions. After completing multiple high-profile acquisitions, Julienne was recruited by Triple Five Group, one of the largest privately held conglomerates in the world, to lead Portfolio Development team globally. 

In her advisory career at P&C Global, Julienne works with clients across all industries to design and deliver innovative solutions which unleash innovation and maximize performance.

Examples of her work include:

  • Delivering a portfolio rationalization program for a $50 billion global conglomerate which included the divestiture of several non-performing businesses, integration of two strategic acquisitions valued over $7 billion, and implementation of a state-of-the-art shared services organization which reduced $375 million in annual costs across all businesses, and increased return on operating income from 12 to 27 percent over a 2-year period across all businesses. 

  • Developing and implementing an industry-leading customer service operation for a global airline that transformed the company’s existing technologies, business processes, and human capital model resulting in a 45% improvement in customer satisfaction scores and reduced costs by $85 million in one year. 

  • Developing and managing the divestiture program of one of the largest consumer financial services firms in Europe, with over 6,000 employees and €2.8 billion in annual revenues, from its parent company and into a global retail bank within 18 months.
