Rana is a Senior Managing Director with P&C with over 20 years of experience with expertise in technology strategy, enterprise application software implementation, technology operations, and IT transformation. Her industry experience includes financial services, luxury retail, professional services, aviation, and logistics.
Rana began her career at multinational retailer, Debenhams, where she held several leadership positions culminating in the role of Director of Technology Operations for Middle East and Africa. She left Debenhams to join Galeries Lafayette stores as part of the global technology leadership team accountable for the expansion of the flagship luxury retail branded stores into the UAE, Indonesia, and China. In addition, Rana envisioned and delivered the company’s digital strategy initiative which transformed enterprise software applications, unified clienteling and POS operations, and delivered mobile shopping and credit card management functionality for customers and associates. From there, Rana joined Triple Five Group as the senior leader accountable for technology strategy across all business units of the multi-industry global conglomerate.
In her advisory career at P&C, Rana works with clients across all industries to create and implement transformative technology solutions which enable performance improvement and organizational agility initiatives across all functions.
