Regina is a Senior Managing Director and a member of the Strategy & Innovation practice at P&C. She is one of the Firm’s most experienced client advisors on issues of strategy, innovation, growth, and business transformation, in developed markets. Regina helps clients improve strategy and innovation processes, making the transformative moves necessary to pull ahead of competitors and to reshape markets.

With deep expertise in financial services, high-tech retail, travel and hospitality, and professional services industries, Regina partners with client CEOs and top executive teams on corporate strategy, innovation, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, business-model innovation, AI and cognitive sciences, end-to-end transformations, and board-related issues.

In her current role, Regina also co-leads the Data and Cognitive Sciences practice at P&C. She leads the Firm’s AI R&D work group which works with our clients to harness the power of AI for services development and delivery innovation.

Regina began her career at the D. E. Shaw Group, a global investment and technology development firm that is recognized as a pioneer in the field of computational finance. During her tenure, she served in a variety of positions culminating in her role as a Senior Quantitative Analyst. From there, she held several positions, with increasing responsibilities, at BlackRock and further in her career at Royal Bank of Scotland, culminating in her role as Managing Director of Economic Strategy and Planning at RBS.

In her advisory career at P&C, Regina advises CEOs and other senior executives. She often undertakes a hands-on role within client organizations to build internal capabilities while leading many concurrent transformative engagements.
