Roberto is a Senior Managing Director with P&C with over 20 years of experience in business process optimization, R&D, business transformation, and operations management. His industry expertise includes travel and transportation, retail, consumer products, aviation, and financial services.
Roberto’s career began in the airline industry as a Process Optimization Engineer with Air France-KLM where he served on a variety of process transformation efforts impacting flight operations, passenger services, fleet management, and ground operations. From there, he joined Groupe Galeries Lafayette in a variety of roles across the parent company’s brands to optimize merchandising, logistics, customer care, and technology operations which enabled and supported its global expansion. After Groupe Galeries Lafayette, Roberto joined Triple Five Group and led the creation of a shared services organization to deliver Finance, Treasury, HR, Technology, Logistics, and Corporate Real Estate to all business units of the $50 billion conglomerate along with the implementation of a unified suite of enterprise software applications.
In his advisory career at P&C, Roberto works with clients across all industries to create and implement optimized, award-winning digital business processes in support of transformation, performance improvement, and organizational agility initiatives across all functions.

Delivered €105M in annual cost savings and increased shareholder value by over €2.8 billion since the start of the engagement.
Evaluating the enterprise technology requirements and current capabilities of a top five global commercial real estate developer and creating a comprehensive technology and talent roadmap that addressed all enterprise software, desktop, and mobile requirements as well as the talent and process transformations to ensure success.
