Virginia Blair is a principal at P&C and serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She is a member on the Global Operating Committee and chairs the Diversity & Inclusion and Advanced Technology Research councils of P&C.
Virginia is one of P&C’s most experienced technologists and has responsibility for all facets of technology including strategy, innovation, applications, infrastructure, support, and execution. She also spends significant portion of her time working with clients across the globe discussing technology strategy, trends, and leadership.
With deep expertise in the travel and hospitality, financial services, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and professional services industries, Virginia partners with client CEOs, their top executive teams, and P&C’s practice teams on technology strategy, digital reinvention, IT transformation, AI and analytics, and cyber security initiatives.
Virginia began her career at IBM where she held multiple positions of increasing responsibility culminating her role as a Vice President in IBM Services where she led Design and Business Strategy consulting practice. From there, she joined Amadeus IT Group, S.A., the global distribution system leader, where she served as the Managing Director for a portfolio of technology businesses.
