Nadim Saaleh

As the Chief Operating Officer at P&C Global, Nadim commands a pivotal role in orchestrating business operations and strategy implementation worldwide. His extensive reach encompasses strategy and execution alignment, the deployment of accountability systems, and facilitating organizational consensus around common objectives. He is a distinguished member of the Executive Committee, presides as the Chair of the Global Operating Committee, and holds the Vice Chair position on the Client Board of Advisors.

Nadim devotes a significant portion of his time collaborating with our clients, guiding senior executive teams through complex operations, process transformation, and technology transformation initiatives spanning multiple industries, such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, and IT.

Nadim launched his career in the esteemed halls of luxury retailer Holt Renfrew, where he eventually took the reins as the senior executive in charge of logistics. His retail career ascended to the international luxury retail conglomerate, Groupe Galeries Lafayette, where he held prominent leadership roles across logistics, operations, technology, and acquisition integration throughout the group’s brands in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and East Asia.

In his career at P&C Global, Nadim has a sterling track record of generating outstanding outcomes for clients across various industries, such as:

  • Implementing a groundbreaking performance improvement program for a prominent North American tech conglomerate, resulting in major overhauls of their supply chain, sales, marketing, and product development operations. This initiative reaped annual cost savings of $130 million while escalating shareholder value by over $3 billion.
  • Orchestrating a business process optimization program for a $20 billion global management consulting firm. This initiative led to the transformation of key operational structures, the introduction of advanced AI and data analysis tools, and the successful execution of an organization-wide change management process. This resulted in an annual cost reduction of $150 million and a growth in billable hours by 25% within a year.
  • Directing the transformation of customer service operations for a multinational e-commerce corporation, which involved refining their current technologies, business processes, and human resources model. This resulted in a substantial 55% boost in customer satisfaction scores and an annual cost reduction of $100 million.
  • Spearheaded a digital transformation initiative for a globally renowned professional services firm. This project entailed replacing legacy systems with state-of-the-art AI-driven technology, improving data management practices, and implementing a firm-wide upskilling program. Nadim holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, an MBA in Global Strategy & Leadership from McGill University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.  He is also a graduate of the INSEAD Advanced Management Program and the Global CEO Program for China which is a collaborative executive education program offered by China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), INSEAD, and the Wharton School. This program focuses on leadership, strategy, and global business perspectives, specifically tailored for executives operating in China or with significant interests in the Chinese market.

Outside of his demanding professional life, Nadim is a devoted husband and father who places a high priority on quality family time. He and his wife met during their university days, and they have since nurtured an amazing relationship built on shared ambitions, mutual respect, and a profound love for each other. They’re proud parents of two children, whom Nadim affectionately refers to as his “little consultants,” given their knack for problem-solving.

Nadim relishes exploring different cultures through culinary adventures with his family, always ready to swap his office attire for an apron to try his hand at recreating diverse dishes they’ve enjoyed together. When not experimenting in the kitchen, he’s likely to be found on the soccer field, coaching his children’s teams with the same dedication he brings to his work.

As Nadim reflects on the remarkable growth and success of P&C Global, he fondly recalls the early days when he and Nick Pournader embarked on this ambitious journey together.
