As CEO, Nick leads the global consultancy of over 2,800 professionals. He also chairs the Firm’s Executive Committee and Client Board of Advisors and is a member of the Global Operating Committee and Strategy & Innovation Council. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, Nick is recognized as an expert in business strategy and innovation, organizational development, and digital reinvention. He has deep experience in the high-tech, financial services, luxury retail, commercial real estate, travel and hospitality, and professional services industries.

Nick’s career started with Global 500 enterprise software and technology services companies, including FIS Global (Fidelity Information Services) and Oracle, where he envisioned, launched, and built their cloud enterprise software businesses while setting the record of becoming the youngest vice president and senior vice president at ages 25 and 28, respectively.

In his advisory work, Nick has helped CEOs and other top executives assess organizational health and lead initiatives to improve results. He also brings significant experience in strategic human resource management, helping organizations understand how to create world-class talent systems and winning organizational dynamics.

Examples of his work include:

  • Developing and implementing a technology systems portfolio rationalization for one of the largest global investment banks, delivering over $350 million in performance improvements in 18 months.

  • Developing an inventory and store rationalization program for a major U.S. automotive parts and services retailer, which delivered $85 million in performance improvements in 9 months and identified strategic M&A options to optimize market share and dramatically improve return on equity.

  • Developing and implementing a robust analytics platform, which enabled a large U.S. health insurer to improve medical outcomes for their subscribers, reduce annual costs by $115 million, and identify an additional $300 million of annual cost reduction opportunities from fraud and prevention of catastrophic healthcare claims.

  • Developing and implementing fleet rationalization programs, global passenger and workforce health and safety protocols, and associated digital and AI solutions at scale, as well as transforming global route networks for multiple market-leading airlines in response to the novel Coronavirus pandemic.
