At Experian PLC, he served as the Director of Consumer Analytics, guiding data-driven strategies that enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. As the Vice President of Strategic Analytics at Environics Analytics, Albert led efforts to deliver cutting-edge consumer insights that powered business growth. Prior to these roles, he was the Head of Data Strategy and Analytics at an American Express subsidiary, driving innovative data strategies to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Albert resides in Vancouver with his wife and family. Away from work, Albert and his wife enjoy exploring British Columbia’s abundant natural beauty, often embarking on hiking and camping trips.
