Brooke’s successful career path includes critical leadership roles at globally esteemed organizations. She held the position of Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Oracle Corporation, where she successfully steered the company through significant digital evolutions. As the Chief Human Capital Officer at Bentley Motors, Brooke transformed human capital strategies with her innovative and people-centric approach. Prior to these roles, she served as Head of Organizational Development at AstraZeneca, where she led organizational strategy and change initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Complementing her professional achievements, Brooke boasts a solid academic background including a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a Master of Science in Big Data and Digital Futures from the University of Warwick, equipping her with a deep analytical understanding and expertise in digital trends. She also earned an Online Master of Business Administration (OMBA) from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and holds the Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Brooke, her husband, and their son make their home in Dubai.
