Felicia’s professional trajectory began at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Auditor. There, she was crucial in leading high-stakes audit engagements and maintaining airtight compliance with all regulatory standards – resulting in multiple promotions throughout her long tenure. Later, she stepped into the role of Director of Audit at Bombardier, where her responsibilities expanded to encompass large scale international audit programs, ultimately enhancing her cross-cultural competence and technical acumen.

Throughout her tenure at P&C Global, Felicia has taken the lead in conducting intricate merger and acquisition-related due diligence projects for clients across various industries. Notable projects include:

• A comprehensive financial audit for a healthcare startup looking to merge with a larger provider client of P&C Global. Felicia’s rigorous due diligence identified several potential compliance issues, ultimately saving the client from a multi-million-dollar fine.

Felicia’s academic journey aligns with her professional expertise, boasting a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management. She later pursued postgraduate executive education in Risk Management from the Harvard Business School, further solidifying her knowledge in the audit field, Certified Internal Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors, and Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Outside the office, Felicia and her husband are passionate cinephiles. They boast an impressive collection of vintage movie posters and often spend weekends exploring film festivals. An avid hiker, Felicia also finds joy in Toronto’s many trails, seeking both physical challenge and mental serenity in nature.
