Hans Hoffman

Hans Hoffman, a Canadian national, serves as the Managing Director of Corporate Technologies at P&C Global. Based in Toronto, Hans has the critical responsibility for managing all internal and client-facing technologies and the incredibly talented professionals in his organization worldwide. This diverse portfolio includes infrastructure, enterprise applications, practice support technologies, cyber security, support operations, technology assets and end user mobility, telecommunications,  and business continuity.

Hans brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in enterprise technology, cyber security, enterprise software, and software development to his role at P&C Global. His professional journey has seen him grow from an Associate Consultant at Accenture to a Senior Technology Advisor at KPMG, and ultimately back to Accenture where he served multiple roles including cyber security and culminating in his last position as a Director of Software Development for major enterprise applications prior to joining P&C Global.

In addition to his work, Hans is a recognized expert in his field and serves on multiple advisory boards, providing valuable insights to leading enterprise software companies, including Salesforce and SAP. His influence extends well beyond the confines of P&C Global, making a significant impact on the broader professional services industry.

Hans earned his BSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and his MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of British Columbia.

Complementing his academic achievements, Hans holds a certification in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University and a credential in Executive Leadership from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His robust academic background is enhanced by a service record with the Canadian Armed Forces, providing him a unique perspective and discipline to navigate the dynamic world of corporate technologies.

Outside of the office, Hans is an avid marathon runner and ice hockey enthusiast. His love for these sports displays his athletic disposition and his persistent pursuit of personal excellence. But Hans isn’t all grit and determination – he has a compassionate side, too. He volunteers at a local animal shelter, reflecting his deep love for animals and commitment to their well-being.

Living in Toronto with his family, Hans quips about his role at P&C Global saying, “Managing technology in a company filled with tech experts feels like being a referee at a hockey game where everyone thinks they know the rules better than you. But, hey, that’s half the fun!” This humorous and self-aware approach to his challenging role encapsulates Hans’s philosophy of leadership – taking work seriously, but never forgetting to embrace the journey with a touch of humor.
