Jennifer Hardy

Jennifer Hardy serves as the Director of Planning and Forecasting at P&C Global. A U.S.-born Canadian, Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in corporate financial planning and forecasting, primarily within globally recognized professional services firms.

Her career trajectory includes a number of roles with highly respected organizations. She previously served as the Senior Financial Planning Manager at Deloitte, where she drove strategic initiatives and provided crucial insight into financial performance metrics. Subsequently, at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), she was the Director of Budgeting and Forecasting, managing complex financial forecasts for the firm. Prior to joining P&C Global, Jennifer was the Head of Financial Planning at IBM Global Services, where she skillfully navigated long-range planning, annual budgets, and various financial analyses.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from McGill University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and has completed an Executive Program in Strategic Financial Planning from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. These academic achievements from prestigious institutions reflect her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Residing in Toronto with her husband, Jennifer’s life outside of work is every bit as dynamic as her professional one. Both Jennifer and her husband are avid sailors and enjoy not only the tranquility of the open water, but also the thrill of competition in local regattas. When she’s not out at sea, Jennifer cultivates her love for the arts, frequently attending theatre performances and gallery exhibitions in the city.
