Laura Schneider

Laura Schneider is the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at P&C Global, a role she has excelled in for the past decade.  Laura oversees a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including Strategic Talent Acquisition Planning, Leadership and Team Management, Employer Branding, Stakeholder Collaboration, Merit and Competency acquisition, and Performance Metrics and Reporting. She also spearheads the Talent Acquisition services that P&C Global provides to clients worldwide, filling critical roles from CEO and other C-suite executives to highly skilled positions across various client industries.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Laura’s career has been marked by a series of impressive achievements and steady progression. She began her journey at General Electric as an HR Generalist, moved on to become a Regional Director of Technical Recruiting at PeopleSoft, and then ascended to the role of Divisional Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Oracle Corporation.

Laura’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional trajectory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Toronto, an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and has further enriched her expertise with postgraduate credentials including Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University, Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR) from Society of Human Resource Management, and a graduate of the Talent Acquisition Certificate Program from Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR).

Laura is known for her sharp wit and love of puzzles, often likening the process of talent acquisition to solving a complex jigsaw – each piece, or employee, is unique and essential to complete the picture. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her golden retriever, Max, and is an avid fan of mystery novels. She’s also a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur and is always on the hunt for the perfect cup of joe.
