His next career move took him to Egon Zehnder, another leading executive search firm, where he served as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Here, he honed his skills in executive search, talent management, and recruitment operations, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted recruitment professional.

Prior to joining P&C Global, Leo held a significant role at McKinsey & Company, where he was responsible for recruiting top talent for various strategic roles within the organization. His efforts significantly enhanced the firm’s talent pool, contributing to its overall growth and success.

At P&C Global, Leo leads the recruiting operations worldwide, overseeing an average of 800 annual searches for the firm’s internal roles and over 500 executive searches for P&C Global’s clients including Global 1000 CEOs and other C-suite and specialty talent roles. His portfolio of responsibilities includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, improving recruitment processes, managing recruitment marketing, overseeing applicant tracking systems, optimizing candidate screening and selection technologies, and analyzing recruitment metrics.
