Prior to joining P&C Global, Matt served as a Principal Consultant within the Organization and Human Capital practice group at Deloitte, further honing his skills in leadership development and talent management.

Matt shares a beautiful life in Montreal with his husband and their children. When not revolutionizing organizations, Matt, and his husband, both former rugby players who met on the field, enjoy family bicycle rides, cooking international cuisines, participating in community theater, and supporting local LGBTQ+ charities.
