Matthew’s career began at McKinsey & Company, where he served as a Business Analyst. He was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives for clients across various sectors, honing his skills in research, analysis, and problem solving. He then moved to Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant, where he participated in high-performance teams to manage and deliver complex projects, further solidifying his reputation as a strategic thinker. Prior to joining P&C Global, Matthew was a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company, where he spearheaded innovative solutions for clients, demonstrating his agility and innovation in the face of complex business challenges.
