As a Senior Consultant at P&C Global, Michelle leads client engagements focused on aligning talent systems with brand, commercial, and operational strategy—across industries including FMCG, premium retail, consumer health, and technology. She specializes in designing and deploying end-to-end capability frameworks that elevate both individual performance and organizational cohesion.

Michelle brings deep expertise in human capital development, workforce architecture, and strategic talent acquisition. She is particularly adept at sourcing, selecting, and onboarding senior leadership and operational teams for high-growth, consumer-facing environments. Her work consistently applies behavioral science, organizational psychology, and data-driven insights to design roles, define competencies, and build sustainable high-performing cultures.

Before joining P&C Global, Michelle led critical talent functions at Apple, Castlight Health, and Ivanti. At Apple, she staffed global leadership and engineering talent behind some of the company’s most iconic product lines—including Mac, iPhone, and iPad—supporting the creation of platform teams that would power industry-leading innovation. At Castlight Health, she redefined the company’s employer brand and built scalable recruitment engines that supported a successful IPO. At Ivanti, she worked closely with executive teams to scale leadership and technical talent across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC—contributing directly to international expansion and integration efforts.

At P&C Global, Michelle has been instrumental in architecting global hiring and onboarding programs for internal and client-facing transformation initiatives.
