Her expertise spans across strategic planning, process improvement, leadership of her team, talent acquisition operations, and screening and assessment best practices and tools, making her an integral part of P&C Global’s growth and success.
Prior to joining P&C Global, Stephanie Bass had an impressive career progression in the executive search industry. She started her career at Heidrick & Struggles, where she served as an Associate and was responsible for conducting research and candidate identification for senior-level searches. She then moved to Russell Reynolds Associates, where she held the position of Executive Director, managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and leading multiple successful C-suite placements. Before joining P&C Global, Stephanie was a Principal at Korn Ferry, where she played a key role in their Financial Services practice, executing numerous high-profile executive searches.
At P&C Global, Stephanie leads the executive search operations for North America, overseeing an average of 225 annual searches for the firm’s internal roles and over 175 executive searches for P&C Global’s clients including Global 1000 CEOs and other C-suite and specialty talent roles. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, improving recruitment processes, managing recruitment marketing, and partnering with her internal and external client executives on an array of strategic initiatives including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
