Before joining P&C Global, Stephanie was a Principal at Korn Ferry, where she played a key role in their Financial Services practice, executing numerous high-profile executive searches.

At P&C Global, Stephanie leads the executive search operations for North America, overseeing an average of 225 annual searches for the firm’s internal roles and over 175 executive searches for P&C Global’s clients including Global 1000 CEOs and other C-suite and specialty talent roles. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, improving recruitment processes, managing recruitment marketing, and partnering with her internal and external client executives on an array of strategic initiatives including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
