With over 15 years of experience, Tim has carved a niche for himself in change management, digital transformation, organizational development, and corporate strategy. His expertise spans across management advisory, information and data science, law firm, and private equity industries.
Born and raised in Montreal, Tim’s career with P&C Global has taken him across the globe, from long-term assignments in Dubai, Beijing, and Tokyo. However, he now resides in his beloved city of Vancouver, alongside his wife, a fellow P&C’er whom he met on assignment in Beijing, and their young family which includes two twin boys.
Tim’s role at P&C Global is multifaceted. He partners with senior client executives on digital transformations, change management, organizational development and restructuring, leadership development, talent acquisition, and succession planning. His portfolio of responsibilities includes managing client projects, leading high-performance teams, growing, and managing stakeholder relationships, coaching and mentoring team members, and structuring ambiguous problems to devise effective solutions. His colleagues often joke, “If you have a question about anything, just ask Tim – he’s our unofficial Google!”

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behaviour, International Executive Management Masters degree (IMPM), and Lean Six Sigma Certification from McGill University. He also holds graduate executive certificates in Digital Transformation (DTC) from Harvard Business School, Organization Development and Change (OD&C) from Penn State University and is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Leadership program (Stanford LEAD).

Outside of his professional life, Tim is a devoted husband and a doting father. He enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family and has a passion for running and weightlifting.
