I normally browse and then shy away from 10 Quick Tips articles; however, I couldn’t resist this one because it offers such sound advice. Why is good company culture important? It improves your work environment. It can improve the quality of work. Great culture makes onboarding easier, and more effective. It breeds teamwork. Hiring is easier. It allows mentoring and other types of informal learning to occur. You can’t argue with any of those benefits. Take a look at these recommendations but pause and seriously consider number 10: Lay down a challenge, my favorite, and one we’ve adopted at our firm.
