Linnea Livingston is a dynamic force at P&C Global, where she serves as an Engagement Leader in the Digital Reinvention, Organization & Human Capital, and Corporate Performance practice groups. With over 20 years of experience, Linnea is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the high tech, private equity, global logistics, and manufacturing industries. Her domain expertise in change management, digital transformation, and organizational development has made her an accomplished leader in her field.

Born and raised in London, Linnea’s work with P&C Global has taken her across the globe. Recently, she has found herself spending a significant amount of time in Sydney and Melbourne, with Sydney increasingly feeling like a second home. Her global perspective and adaptability have been instrumental in her success at P&C Global.

Linnea’s portfolio of responsibilities is as diverse as it is challenging. She manages client projects, leads high-performance teams, and grows and manages stakeholder relationships. She is also responsible for coaching and mentoring team members as well as client personnel, structuring ambiguous problems, and taking decisive action to solve them. Linnea’s approach to her work is characterized by her unique blend of humor and insight, making her a beloved figure among her colleagues.

Prior to joining P&C Global, Linnea held significant roles at Oracle Corporation, British Airways, and Rothschild & Co. At Oracle, she served as a Senior Change Management Consultant, where she played a crucial role in the company’s organizational development initiatives. She then moved to British Airways as a Director of Digital Transformation, where she was instrumental in leading the company’s digital transformation strategies and enhancing their operational efficiency. Finally, at Rothschild & Co, a leading global financial services group, she held the position of Head of Program Management, where she was key in leading the transformation of client-facing solutions including technologies and end-to-end client experience management.

Linnea’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional experience. She holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Warwick, an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the London School of Economics. She holds a Master-level Accredited Change Professional designation from the Change Management Institute (ACP Master) is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from HEC Paris.

Throughout her career, Linnea has led several market-leading client engagements. For instance, she spearheaded a digital transformation project for a leading private equity firm that resulted in a 30% increase in operational efficiency. She also led a change management initiative for a global logistics company that resulted in a 25% reduction in employee turnover.
